A session is complete when our technician declares the issue resolved and you confirm you're satisfied. The agreed amount is due once both parties agree the issue is resolved.

No software installation is required. We use Google Meet for our sessions — just click the link we send you and join from your browser. From there you can share your screen directly. Works on Windows, Mac, and Linux computers.
If your computer isn't working well enough to join the call, you can join from a phone or tablet instead. While mobile devices don't support screen sharing, you can share your camera to give us a visual of what's happening. Alternatively, we can conduct the consultation over a regular phone call — just let us know what works best for you.
Our default approach is to guide you through the solution step by step via screen share — talking you through exactly what to do. If that isn't working, we may suggest a remote control session where we can operate your mouse and keyboard directly, but only with your explicit consent. You can revoke access at any time.
Slow computers, virus/malware removal, software installation, Windows or Mac issues, internet connectivity, email setup, browser issues, and much more — but we're not limited to this list. When in doubt, always reach out. Describe your issue in as much detail as possible in the form and we'll let you know if it's something we can handle.
